Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of therapist unavailability

Health and Safety

For your safety and the effectiveness of treatment:

Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment
We reserve the right to refuse or modify service if we believe it may be harmful
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods including cash and electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without notice, but booked appointments will honor the price at the time of booking.

Professional Conduct

All services are provided in a professional, therapeutic manner. We maintain strict professional boundaries and expect clients to conduct themselves respectfully. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Magia Dotyku is not liable for any injury or adverse effects resulting from massage therapy, except in cases of proven negligence.
